Gym Policies

Please take a moment to review our policies. They help keep Smitty's Gym a clean, safe, and welcoming place for everyone.

Membership & Billing

All memberships are month-to-month — no long-term contracts.
Billing is handled electronically. Members must maintain a valid payment method on file.
Membership fees are due on the same date each month.
To cancel, please provide written notice before your next billing date.

Access & Hours

The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Members must present a valid membership card or key fob for entry.
Do not allow non-members to enter with you. Tailgating is strictly prohibited.
Members are responsible for securing the facility when entering or exiting during unstaffed hours.

Equipment Use

Re-rack all weights and return equipment to its proper place after use.
Wipe down equipment with provided sanitizing wipes before and after each use.
Do not drop weights or use equipment in a way that causes damage.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.

Conduct & Respect

Treat all members and staff with courtesy and respect.
Aggressive behavior, harassment, or intimidation will result in immediate membership termination.
Keep noise to a reasonable level — excessive grunting or shouting is discouraged.
Cell phone calls should be taken outside the workout area.

Cleanliness & Attire

Proper athletic attire is required at all times, including closed-toe shoes.
Shirts must be worn in all areas of the gym.
Please shower before using the facility if necessary.
Food is not permitted on the gym floor. Sealed water bottles are allowed.

Liability & Safety

Members exercise at their own risk. Smitty's Gym is not liable for injury resulting from improper equipment use.
Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
In the event of an emergency, call 911 immediately.
Smitty's Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
